We want you and your pet to love every BoopJoy product. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused or lightly tested, clean, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items damaged by misuse, chewing, or improper use (such as high heat settings on the Wagwarm drying bag) are not eligible.
How to start a return
Email us at soy.alejandro.web@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll help you exchange it. Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free and non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions
Sale items can be returned under the same conditions. Gift cards are non-refundable.
